E-008   HEAVY-DUTY head gasket with steel rings, available for 1,116 / 1,290 / 1,300 / 1,491 / 1,580cc SOHC engines (avail. in bore diameters of 81.00mm (1.25mm compressed thickness) and 87.00mm (1.65mm compr. thickness).  Good for up to 11.5 : 1 C.R.

E-008-R  ULTRA-HEAVY-DUTY head gasket with embedded high-tensile rings, available for 1,290 / 1,300 / 1,491 / 1,580cc SOHC engines (avail. in bore diameter 
of 87.00mm (available in 1.60mm / 1.90 mm thickness).  Designed for extreme C.R. (above 11.0 : 1 C.R). 

E-009-S Set of 3 special hi-torque underdrive pulleys:

E-014 Complete BIG-VALVE Cylinder Head (40.00mm IN. / 35.00 mm EX), full racing spec., coming with:
- special, fully-shaped racing-spec 21-4N steel valves made in UK,
- 7 mm valvestem (chrome-plated)
- fully optimized ports for aggressive gas acceleration and horizontal swirl
- custom big seats with full 3-angle seat cut
- reinforced valve springs
- lightened steel retainers
- HD phosphor-bronze EX guides
- HD phosphor-iron IN guides
- balanced valve train

E-018* Slide throttle injection - intake collector guillotine, with port spacing custom-made for all FIAT SOHC engines.

NOTE: this full-bore induction system can be used either with a simple mechanical pump setup (eg. KUGELFISCHSER pump), or with a Electr.Injection, either MOTRONIC-based (as on ZASTAVA EFI BOSCH MOTRONIC setup), or a custom programmable ECU. Pls. specify injection type used when ordering the E-018 guillotine.

E-019 Intake manifold (horizontal) for carbs 2 x 40/45 Weber DCOE or Dellorto DHLA, or for throttle-bodies & induction systems based on a "DCOE/DHLA" bolt pattern.
The manifold is based on a famous ALQUATI design - for all SOHC engine types.

E-027 Custom big-size water radiator, complete with an uprated electric fan, developed for racing and advanced fast-road use in all FIAT 128/RITMO/STRADA/KORAL/YUGO/UNO cars. An indispensable item when running high CR.
Fits all of the above cars directly.

E-028 Lightened & balanced auxiliary camshaft (s.c."small camshaft") that drives distributor and mech.fuel pump.

E-033 "Torquer" Stroker Kit 1,300 --> 1,500 cc, with short Rod-Stroke ratio layout (R/L ratio), to be used for transforming any 1,300 engine into a 1,500 high-torque block, with improved internal geometry and higher torque and VE as a consequence (increased local piston speed at near-TDC and near-BDC region, thereby better cylinder filling --> torque). A very suitable conversion for
1,300 street engines (fast-road), where added low-rpm torque is needed (eg. heavier cars, longer gear ratios, highway use etc. etc..).

E-037 Billet-steel camshaft, a custom JUPITER RACING "transient" grind, for maximum performance in advanced
SOHC racing applications.
It is our special development for use in our Big-Valve E-014-TI racing head, and works wonderful with the spring rates supplied in these heads.
Develops @ TDC 40%+ of the absolute max. valve lift.
The ultimate in SOHC cam profiles.
Not to be used for street applications.
To be used only with CR above 11 : 1.

E-056 "street" 1,500cc --> 1,600cc conversion kit
(Stroker kit) consisting of:
- brand-new std. 'Stroker' crankshaft, weight cca. 9.1 kgr
- set of crank & conrod bearings, OE-quality,
proper hardness for high-RPM operation
- set of 4 OE-spec. cpl. pistons with proper wristpin height, specially modified for this conversion & balanced.

T-001-F Limited Slip Differential unit (LSD), complete.
Five-Clutch type (Steel Clutch), (Made in Italy product), new model - specifically made for FWD cars FIAT/LANCIA/ZASTAVA cars with three-bearings-type halfshaft (tripod-type halfshaft). 40% locking ratio, without preload (locking function operates only in corners, thereby reducing losses on straights and reducing "driver fatigue")

T-001-R Limited Slip Differential unit (LSD), complete.
Five-Clutch type (Steel Clutch), (Made in Italy product), new model - specifically made for RWD X1/9 cars with three-bearings-type halfshaft (tripod-type halfshaft).
50% locking ratio, without preload (locking function operates permanently, for maximum traction). This type
is generally intended for use on X1/9 cars, although can
be used on very high-spec. FWD racecars, for maximum
efficiency (requires noticably more physical force to
drive the car, though).

T-003-A/xx "Racing" Final-Drive differential set for
all 5-speed gearboxes. (Fits also our T-005 CLOSE-RATIO gearsets). Available in end-ratios of: 11/53, 12/53, 13/53, 18/64, or 19/64 (eg. T-003-A/11, T-003-A/12,
etc.. etc..)

T-003-B 17/64 Final-Drive differential set for all 5-speed gearboxes. (Fits also our T-005 CLOSE-RATIO gearsets)

T-004* Close-ratio gearset for 4-Speed gearbox.
Complete, includes:
-3rd and 4th gear closer ratio:
3rd = 20/35 = 1.75:1
4th = 22/32 = 1.45:1
-adapted gear shaft
(NOTE: minor grinding necessary on the inside of side cover in order to fit the bigger 4th gear wheel)
Fits: 128, KORAL/YUGO, FLORIDA, X1/9, RITMO/STRADA 60/65,

T-005 Close-ratio gearset for 5-Speed gearbox.
Complete, includes:
-3rd, 4th and 5th gear closer ratio:
3rd = 20/35 = 1.75:1
4th = 22/32 = 1.45:1
5th = 31/39 = 1.258:1
-adapted gear shaft
(NOTE: needs minor grinding on the inside of side cover in order to fit the bigger 4th gear wheel) Fits: 128, YUGO, UNO 55/60, TIPO/TEMPRA all SOHC types, RITMO/STRADA 60/65 (only with 3-bearing-type halfaxles).

T-006 Complete fast-road / competition gearbox, comes with:

T-006-LSD Complete competition gearbox (as T-006),
coming with:

for a brand-new FD unit (optional).

T-100 this is an option when purchasing a complete gearbox (either T-006 or T-006-LSD), and it comprises renewal of all of the vital gearbox internals (i.e. stock, standard parts, not high-performance), with brand-new OE-fitment spec. items - for added long-term reliability:

- new gear-selector forks
- new 1st and 2nd gear gears & synchros
- new bearings
- new sleeves

NOTE: The cost of this option is simply added to the
cost of either T-006 or T-006-LSD fully-assembled gearboxes.
